What Our Customers Say
Don’t just take our word for it – here’s what riders say about us.
Great communication. Just had a service and MOT completed… very thorough and the bike feels amazing. Thank you to Joshua, Aaron and Peter.
After years of riding, I can honestly say this is the finest garage I have been to. Fantastic service. Fast work. Reasonable prices. Did I mention fantastic service? Even if you’re happy with your current garage, try this place!
Very helpful and friendly. From now on, I will be MOTing all my bikes there.
Absolutely amazing service from Pete and Aaron on my shed-built custom 1979 BMW R80. Lots of garages won’t touch an amateur shed-build, but the guys did a fantastic job of diagnosing weak coils, and tuning the bike to run perfectly. Pete kept in touch with honest and accurate updates and advice along the way, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can’t thank them enough.
Highly recommended this garage. They went above and beyond to get my bike sorted. A lot of work needed doing and they sorted all of it. Feels like a brand new bike. Do not hesitate to take your bike in there.
Seriously can’t fault this garage. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
What can I say — boys done my bike 10/10 job. Takes time but rather that than some rubbish job. Honestly very thought out. Parts come through next day, they fit and done. Lovely people, great service and great job!
Frequently Asked Questions
How early do I need to book?
24-48 hours, ideally. For a routine service, we try to keep common service items (oil filter, air filter, oils, spark plugs etc) on the shelf, but sometimes we need to order these bits in. Usually we can get parts supplied next working day. If the part you need is supplied only by the manufacturer e.g. gear selector sensor or fuel injector, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer supply chains. For bikes made within the last 5 years, this is usually within a few days. For much older bikes, it can be longer.
What is the difference between a major and a minor service?
A minor service for a motorcycle will include at least the following inspection / checks: tyres, brake pads, brake discs, brake fluid, chain and sprockets, battery, operation of switches, levers and cables, checking bulbs, checking bearings, stands and suspension. A major service will also usually cover inspection of air filter and spark plugs. We do not include valve clearances in major services, and require that these are booked in separately. If you have specific other checks or concerns, please mention them to us when you book. For motorcycles which require an unusual grade or large volume of oil, there is a supplement.
How long will it take?
A minor service will usually take around 2 hours. Major service with MOT will be at least 4.5 hours.
Can I wait around while you work?
Yes, of course. We have WiFi, but cannot promise it will be quiet enough for a sensitive conference call.
How does collection and delivery work?
If your bike runs and is roadworthy, we can often arrange a free collection and delivery within a couple of miles of the workshop. If the bike or scooter does not run at all and requires a special trip with a trailer, we reserve the right to charge for collection, although if we’re out and about collecting more than one bike, we can often avoid the fee.
Can you help me with ULEZ certification?
Yes, we can arrange ULEZ testing. We will require your vehicle and the V5 form to conduct the test.
